This is a very pretty puzzle and a very enjoyable variation! I'd be happy to see more of those around here.
(I was very confused at first because I thought that clues only work region-wise. But then I went back to read the rules more carefully, and I realised that they also work as regular Tapa clues.)

Thank you Nikolai, as an author's note this was a tricky puzzle to design with both the region clues and the tapa clues resolving at the same.
