I constantly had to stop myself from thinking "This cell would create a 2x2 region". Nonetheless, this variant seems to be quite interesting.
Thanks, having solving a few LITS myself I agree with the 2x2 region thing. This puzzle was designed to see it a variant using all 5 tetrominoes could be done, though it turned out a bit easier than I'd hoped.
